Why Michael Jackson Faked His Own Death
Research explains why MJ had to fake his own death.
I watched the interview with Barbara Walters and Latoya Jackson the other evening. I was very disturbed with the answers that Latoya was giving, and how she was so evasive when she spoke about her murder theory.
I like to research just about everything that comes to mind, and last night I researched the Never Land Ranch property. I found that the property was over 2,000 acres, adjacent to another piece of property that was a easement and another piece of land that was a preserve.
What I also found was that in November of 2008, Michael Jackson sold his unknown interest in Never Land for 35 million dollars. I became curious when I had read an article written questioning how Michael Jackson could afford to pay $100,000 a month for a estate rental, if he was so broke. Michael Jackson rented that property in December of 2008. He no longer had any legal right to return to Never Land.
If my research is correct, the Never Land Ranch had a loan of 24 million on that property. I dug deeper and discovered that Michael Jackson had borrowed about 300 million dollars from a company called Fortress. The loan was called in because of non-payment by Michael Jackson, but Citigroup Financial came to the rescue and bought the loan.
The interesting facts come after Citigroup Financial bailed Michael Jackson out of his debt, another company called Colony Capital acquired the loan from Citigroup and a deal was made that Michael Jackson would be a partner in Never Land Ranch for a unknown interest amount. I believe that this is the same unknown interest amount that was sold in November of 2008.
I have dealt in business and real estate transactions, and there are many companies that acquire property when the owners are falling, but I find it interesting that the owner of Colony Capital who appears to be a super mogul, also had real estate interests near the Never Land Ranch.
The most amazing facts that I found concerning Colony Capital was that this was the company that was promoting Michael Jackson’s This Is It, concert in London. I read that 85 million was generated in ticket sales prior to Michael Jackson’s demise. I also wondered why London was picked for this world tour of 50 concerts, when Michael Jackson only thought there would be ten concerts. The company was attempting to recoup their 300 million dollars for the loan.
