Young Actress’ Death – Britney Murphy

On the 20th of December 2009, Brittney Murphy, a young Hollywood actress, was found dead in the shower by her mother. When the paramedics arrived, they assumed she had suffered a Cardiac Arrest and was given CPR. She was then rushed to The Ceder Sinia Hospital where she was later announced dead! The doctors had then confirmed it was a heart attack and laid her to rest.
At the time of her death, Murphy was only 32 and well known for her parts in Sin City, Girl Interrupted, Just Married and Eight Mile (8 Mile). Britney was recently filming five movies include the comedy Shrinking Charlotte.
An Investigation into Murphy’s death is in the process of being launched by the LA County Coroner’s. The Coroner’s are scheduled to take her body on the 21st.
Britney Murphy was married to English screenwriter Simon Monjack. He is also a movie producer. He is shocked at the discovery of his wife being dead. He has not made any statements or comments yet and intend on staying within family company. The family have thanked the public for all their love and support and asked them to give them the privacy they need until things settle down.
Brittany Murphy dated Ashton Kutcher earlier in her life, who was Murphy’s co-star in Just Married. She was also engaged, once, to talent manager Jeff Kwatinetz.
