How World Hunger Can be Abolished
What the Rich don’t do for the starving.
How many of us are either approached by people in the street, seen TV adverts, internet adverts, postal mail and of course television fund raising events, asking us to put our hands in our pockets to help the starving in Africa or elsewhere? Now, I for one hate the idea of people starving, where ever they are in the world. It is a truly awful thing. In the 21st century this should no longer be an issue. What is wrong with the world when these things are still going on? But there IS one almighty solution to this terrible situation. Have you noticed how many rich people, and I mean, VERY rich people that like to show their smiling face on television fund raising events? A well known lead singer of a long running Irish Pop Band for one, who shall remain nameless, he is worth millions. Others too, especially in the UK, are also proud to show their faces. Yes, they like to push the sorry plight of the starving to all us everyday people of the UK, who to be quite honest are pretty strapped for cash at this time anyway, asking us to put in whatever we can afford. Is it me or is this totally unacceptable. Why on Earth have we got the richest people in the UK, if not the world, telling us to chip in, when between those rich people they could afford to lose a good few million which they would probably never need anyway, and quite literally sort out the starving problem once and for all! How much does it cost to create plantations around the world and farm training to whose people who need it? How much does it cost for producing clean running water? How much does it cost for livestock? I’m sorry, but the time has truly come for the rich to take a proper look at sorry selves and realise that instead of holding on to millions of pounds for no good reason and die rich (what is the point of that?), they should instead make a real difference to real people’s lives and put their hands in their own pockets for once. I think that so called celebraties are so far up themselves today that they think they will be remembered in a hundread years time as being famous for something. Wake up! The only way you will go down in history is if you actually make a difference in the world. Otherwise you will just be yet another number like the rest of us. Time to grow up celebraties. In fact, calling yourselves celebraties is, to be honest, a joke to begin with!

The problem is “GREED.” The super rich, are ADDICTED to their wealth, and they do not want to part with it. The rich need to read, Proverb 30:8 “Remove far from me vanity and lies:give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me;” If they were to share their bounty, instead of hording it, no one would have to be hungry. the Bible says, “It will be harder for a rich man to get to heaven and a camel going through the eye of a needle.” And the MEEK will inherit the earth.!
