Philippine Typhoon Death Toll Rising to 1249 and The Rebels Claim to Punish Alms

A disaster management officials are concerned that the number of dead in one of the worst natural disasters taking place in the Philippines for two decades rose to 1249 1100 in what was considered missing, said communist rebels that he should punish those responsible for this.

The storm flooded coastal villages and Ashe island of Mindanao in mid-December to water, mud and tree trunks and destroyed more than ten thousands of homes and displaced 300,000 people mostly living in emergency shelters.

    Rebels are not part of the relief operation and they should stay away from government effort to rebuild the damages. In the first place, residents knew their situation when they first built their homes on that place.
