Then use this trigger word every time you reinforce your energy shield so that it will become automatically associated and familiar in your mind. This will condition you to be able to effortless raise your protective shield anytime you are felling drained by the negative energies of others.
If you have been around negative people for long periods of time then their energies could linger with on you after they have gone. You will want to cleanse your energy after your exposure. Get into a happy mood, singing helps to raise your energy, cold showers help and spending time alone in nature is one of the best ways to recharge your drained energy.
