Life Defination
by What is the meaning of life? let see what we think here now.
Sometimes I sit and ask my self some questions, like…..
What is the meaning of life?
But the more I ask myself, the confused i become.
I read different books giving different suggestions of what life is all about.
The oxford dictionary defined ‘life’ as the existence of an individual.
A physiologist, Jordan peter, in the early 50s, defined life as ‘living’
Another philosopher, Robin David’s suggested life to be ‘a fundamental nature’.
I asked my friends, what’s the meaning of life and one of them said, ‘life is sleeping, waking up, eating and working’
Another said, ‘life is all about having fun’
So many scientist, astrologist, pastors an so on, has given different definition of life
But you will agree with me that those definitions are not authentic.
I began to have a clearer view of what life is when I read the “book of revelation”
Then I came to a conclusion that ‘life is living and living for God’s purpose’
Life has no meaning without Christ, only HIM can give you the definition of your life
A meaningless life is a worthless life
Its like travelling to no destination.
It’s like the mad man on the street, with no focus and ambition.
The life we are living now is like a market place…. We all go to the market, some go there to buy good things, some go to steal and cheat, and some go to preach the gospel. But whatever you go to the market to do, the simple truth is that u don’t sleep in the market, you will certainly go back home.
That ‘home’ is the ‘life’ after death
when a man dies, his body dies, but his soul….the immortal element of a person….lives.
He either lives in heaven or in hell
that is the life I am talking about
so dear friends; make hay while the sun shines
