I’m about to share with you a simple technique for self-hypnosis. But before delving into the method to accomplish this successfully, it could be a good idea to first consider what exactly is hypnosis. This requires a basic understanding of the human spirit. The brain has two hemispheres. the left hemisphere of the brain is the conscious mind. This is the part of the mind that encompasses our consciousness. The right hemisphere is the subconscious or unconscious mind. This part of the mind is below the level of consciousness. For this reason it is called the “unconscious” he says. Think of the mind as a computer that is programmed. In fact, it constantly programmed by the suggestions given. The suggestion is a thought reiterated that programs the mind. Therefore, hypnosis is aware of the programming of the mind. We can program your mind for success and mastery of life.
