The Actuality of Reality
How the world came into existence, recent scientific studies supporting these claims, and why Christianity is false and highly controversial.
“They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as the truth, rather than truth as the authority” (Nelson Jon). When someone looks at the world and begins to question it, he will begin to realize that he has been lied to. The false philosophies and religions of this world have deceived humanity. People have become mindless sheep, and have been misguided from the actuality of reality.
The world is a complex organism, but how did it develop into what we see today? To answer this complex question, we must first look at how the universe was created. The world is a flat platter that is supported by four tortoises (Brooks). But of course, this is a ridiculous statement. With modern understanding, this idea can easily be refuted. For the Mayans however, this thought was perceived as truth (Brooks). Their lack of knowledge, concerning the world, led to an unreasonable belief.
The Mayans are a great example of how humans can be misled, without being aware of the reality. There have been many other philosophical attempts to understand the beginning of the universe. These efforts vary from one extreme to another, from believing that the universe was created by God to believing it had no beginning at all. Both of these ideas are similar in that they both require a large amount of faith and assumption.
The truth can be found using logical reasoning that is based on facts. The universe began with the Big Bang. Although this is still a theory, it does not require the same amount of faith. This is because there are innumerable proofs that support it. The universe was once infinitely minute and infinitely dense. It then expanded and cooled, to its current stage (Hawking 8).
The evidence supporting such a fact is astounding. In 1924, Hubble made a remarkable discovery that the universe was expanding (Laviolette 255). His discovery was made by using a technique known as “red-shift” (Laviolette 275). Looking at the light given off by stars, he was able to determine if the star was moving towards or away from earth (Laviolette 256). If the universe was not expanding, then the entire theory would break down. Matter would continue to stretch throughout space after the Big Bang, due to the Second Law of Thermodynamics.
If the world was once infinitely dense, then it would have emitted vast amounts of heat and radiation (Hawking 12). Because of the expansion of the universe, this radiation would now be in the form of microwaves (Hawking 12). Scientist began their quest to find these wave particles. While using a highly sensitive microwave detector, Penzias and Wilson realized that no matter where they pointed the device, it would always pick up a signal. This led them to discover that the universe was indeed flooded with microwaves (Hawking 26). This was a huge breakthrough, because it further established the theory of the Big Bang.

Interesting article. Who is “Robinson”?
