Walk Away From Your Obligation

A poem about someone leaving home when they took care of there family how the victims feel.

The water feels from her eyes

She felt betrayed and hurt

Her heart trusted him

The idea that everyone was wrong

She felt the cruelty of his mind

Her thoughts could not began to take head of it

The truth that he would no longer take care of her or his grandmother

She felt sorry for the women who showed her kindness

Her mind upset by his actions

The reward always the same an IOU

She dried her tears and dare speak

Her fire of knowing the duty now fell to her

The twisted cruelty of a man leaving forever his family

She knew it was nothing not even a penny only his dirty socks

Her eyes looked at the drugs he used

The cold truth he was dark he was evil

She knew he cared for nothing but himself

Her heart however refuses to give up on hope that he is not really as bad as he seems

The truth she could not forget the kindness he had shown in the past

She knew only confusion by the end results
