What are We Without Country
Many people argue that communist country tend to suppress individualism or do everything good for the country but nothing good for the people.
To a certain extent, that argument is valid as most communist country regulate the media to ensure social stability. Then, the real question is, why do you need to be an individual? If I gave you one chopstick, you can break it, but if I gave you 10 chopstick, it is unlikely that anyone will break it. What does this prove? Us humans, can only accomplish great things when we unit together, and the cost? The right to exercise individual freedom. It may sound scary to you, but truly, you do not need individual freedom. What can you accomplish, as a human being, over the course of your lifetime? Nothing, I’m telling you, exactly nothing.
10 years following your death, no one will remember you, not even your grandchild, no one will know who you are, what kind of life you led. Well, if that is the case, who cares if you are the happiest man/woman on Earth? Who cares if you are free? All your joy, happiness, sadness, all of that, will bury with you when you are dead. Then what is the purpose if you accomplished nothing out of life? Well, sometimes I wonder too, then I came up with this. Your purpose is to accomplish as much as you can over the course of your lifetime so it will influence others, but the problem is, no matter how hard you try, only a few (I’m talking about 1 in a trillion) can make it to the history book.
Think of all the great man/woman you know before 1800 A.C.E., and what ratio is it to all the people that had lived from year 0 to 1800? You can’t help but wonder, how am I going to be remembered? Well, you are not going to be remembered if you exist as an individual, unless you are that lucky one in a trillion who just happened upon the right opportunity at the right time. Then, if you are not going to be remembered, why do you live? May I suggest another way of living, and that is offer your absolute loyalty to a country, a group, an organization, that way, you have a better chance at going into the history book, not as an individual, but as a part of a group.
For example, “100 million men were used to build the great wall, their sacrifices were huge”, that 100 million men, are forever imprinted in the history book as the builder of perhaps the greatest defensive system ever built by mankind, and that is how their accomplishments are acknowledged. Well, what about you? I guess you could get a job, retire, and die, then what? Who is going to care you got a job, retired, and died? Trillions of people had done that and a trillion more are doing that. If nobody cares, why should you be happy, why should you be sad? The only thing you should be then, is to be great, to be influential, to make other people care and acknowledge the things you did for humanity.
Unfortunately, rarely does one person have the ability to influence others greatly such that they need to be recorded in history books, but it is often, a group, an organization, a country being recorded in the history books for its outstanding achievement, which leads perfectly to my point, which is why communism is so much better, because when people work in unison, they accomplish more than people working individually, and when you accomplish more than average, you’ll be remembered, and that, is the highest achievement any human being can get out of life, to be remembered, for as long as the sun will rise.
So you shall be, if everyone work together to achieve things that no individual can ever achieve.
Call me crazy, but my logic is undeniable, and when people start to see the logic behind my theory, human will take a huge leap forward, maybe, the next revolution will not be industrial, but mental, the advancement in logic and the power of mind.
