The life of a diplomate is very difficult. You have to cope with many problems for instance the conflicts that may happen, but you can never say that you are above any decision. The advantage of a career in diplomacy is that most of the time the diplomates come from well established families. There are also diplomates who are political staff because they need to back up the leader in their country. So, diplomates should be respected, they are not at all responsible of your lives, you do what you want, and you have to put the blame on yourself in case you have troubles because that is the rule in democracy. There a diplomates who have suffered because of their beliefs and they are like in exile.
