Attorney General Eric Holder May Have Lied to Congress and Special Committees

With new information coming out it appears that Eric Holder has lied to the Congress and the Judicial Committee about the program Fast and Furious.

Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States, may have just sealed his fate. When questioned by the House Judiciary Committee concerning “Fast and Furious”, apparently he lied and tried to mislead the Committee.

The Committee gave Holder ample times to explain his answer but he continued to mislead the Committee and Congress on the policy of the sales of guns that wound up in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels and have been linked to murders of U.S. Citizens.

The GOP has requested a special prosecutor to investigate whether or not Holder committed perjury. Those who have listened to his testimony and read the weekly memos supplied to him for updates and other emails that show that Holder knew of the program a couple of years ago, absolutely know that Holder lied.

The problem with requesting a special prosecutor is that House Republicans have to send President Obama a letter and request that he instruct the Department of Justice to appoint the prosecutor because Holder, being the head of the judicial department, cannot investigate himself. The real question is will Obama follow through with the request or will he just blow it off?

Not having a special prosecutor to investigate Holder will definitely hurt his bid for re-election. His refusal to have the members of the New Black Panther Party charged for voter intimidation showed his true colors. Obama appears to the American people daily of his racism and his personal agenda to make America a socialist country and part of his “New World Order.”

A memo in July 2010 from Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center to Holder shows that he new of 1500 guns that had been supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels. Also other documents show that Holder got weekly briefings since July 5, 2010.

Charles Grassley, the Republican ranking Senator from Iowa, on the Senate Judiciary Committee said that the Justice Department is doing everything that they can to cover up the evidence and was stonewalling the committee. These tactics is just an everyday problem with members of the Obama Administration.
