Voting is when all group members and the club to vote for all club members on the show. This guarantees the closest the club has many winners. The reason that this small group of 10 to 30 club members can influence the result is the same reason we have the appalling political apathy!
Do not vote puts the results in the hands of a few instead of many. Voting rights would be ineffective in Motor Shows if the majority of the participants taking the time to see the cars and vote for their favorites. If the general public just do it, so the votes will be of little significance. But if the public does not want to be disturbed by their votes, then absolute power of the voting may affect the results of the trophies awarded.
