COUP DE PELOSI

On November 2, 2010, the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, was given a death blow by the American voter. Even though the Senate shifted and control stayed with the Democrats, the writing was firmly and glowingly on the wall – that the American voter had enough of the liberal agenda.

In the House of Representatives, complete control shifted to the Republican party, with the Independents retaining the same control they’d had before. Pelosi was relegated to minority status, albeit this won’t take effect until January, and was basically told that her methods were no longer to be tolerated.

She went from next in succession to the Presidency, to a minor role in the House, with the Democrats also losing control of all the major committees.

Keep in mind that this all happened even with the Congress refusing to make sure that the military all had their chance to vote. At least 300,000 servicemembers (soldiers, etc.) in Afghanistan were denied their right to vote when Congress deliberately missed the deadline to assure the voting materials were given to the servicemembers in time for the process to work. They basically said, “We don’t care about the military vote!”

And here in Washington state, there are hundreds, possibly thousands of voters who showed up at polling centers only to find out that they no longer worked – no notices were given to thousands of voters that all of their votes were only mail-in absentee ballots, or the absentee ballots never showed up at their addresses. They’ll check and later find that this was a Democrat plan to cheat on the vote in this part of the state. I’m in the western side of Washington which is heavily Democratic, and they cheat on every election in one form or more!

Maybe the plan worked for them, because with all the voter fraud, election cheating and such, Harry Reid apparently didn’t get toppled, but rest assured, he is next! Just think, if all the votes had been in, how many more Democrats would have lost? There hasn’t been such a one-sided election since 1945 when the Democrats walked away with most of the seats in the nation, but they, in control, had just won World War II.

Even though we didn’t win everything (the People), we did take the House back, we did shift power in the Senate, we took over many of the Governor mansions in this country, although not California (but then again, they are such loony tunes down there), and we have put a hold on the Obama steamroller of socialism!

We started this now, and we will continue to stop the socialism encroaching upon us by abolishing key positions of power for those who think to tax us to death, who believe in the nanny state, and who wish to control our lives as though we were some fiefdom answering to the lord of the manor!

No longer will there be fancy parties, no longer will there be an expensive jet catering to your every whim and stop, no longer will you burden the American taxpayer with nonsense! Nancy, for all the great years of service to yourself, “Bon Voyage!” You have been dealt the Coup de Pelosi!
