Howdy China 2
I offer a new way to look at the Chinese history, politics and events.
A new way to know a great country, I offered.
Hugging the 2009, we have all to say farewell to our unforgettable 2008 and especially for Chinese people, as it was a marvelous year and Chinese people did something which I think were really great. So I wrote this book to reflect back on this historic year and to help people especially people not in China remember this year so that you will not regret when you turn old and your grandchildren sitting by their knees ask about this immortal year you give them the answer “I don’t know” or spew a mass of drools which the future generations may figure out that you are quite stupid.
So lest ourselves should be called stupid let’s now go on a events tour and get the letters: we know this year. And give our future generations a proud speech which is really educative. But to write all events of 2008 is quite hard and also I think is a little crazy. Because there were something unhistoric and shotten for us who live in a fast-tempo society to pay attention to. I mean you’re bound not to spend your pasta time on reading a cockamamie history. My book is just what you want. And I just want to focus on what you want to read. Just as the title “Howdy China 2008” and you may just say howdy and no need to study in this long history.
So what taking place in this year is really historic? Let me think……
This year of China will be remembered as the nightmare of the sichuan people, I mean the awful wunchuan earthquake, which destoried so many people, for the government’s too late prediction and it was so late that we can hardly call it prediction any more, the heavy snow in the south of China, which also ruined coutless tracks and houses, and made thoudsands of people can not return home for the spring festival and the reunion with their family, the riots of Tibetan Separatist organizations, which was one of the most serious things of reaching a consensus between China and western countries, the Sanlu milk food safety incidents…….
This year Chinese people also had their achievements which made themselves very proud. For instance the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, the realization of China’s Shenzhou VII astronauts first spacewalk, and……
