In 2009 30% of Americans Love Sarah Palin to Death: Liberals Should be Worried Not Happy

by Carmelo Junior in Politics, October 31, 2009

Liberals have attacked Sarah Palin with all they got for over 12 months. Yet, this young lady have managed to remain as a viable and formidable candidate for the 2012 GOP nomination.

Liberals have wasted no time in advertising those polls showing Sarah Palin with just 30% of American voters support, or what they think is the “conservative base of the Republican Party” . I wouldn’t  be so happy if I were a liberal.

 Here is why:

30% of American(GOP) voters in real numbers means some 17-20 millions. If you add  families and friends who will be of voting age comes the 2012  GOP primaries you can easily add some 5 millions to that number. It would mean some 25 to 26 millions hard core Reagan conservatives and Palin fans ready to vote for her in the primaries. And these 25 millions are not only voting for Palin but will create a tidal wave of grassroots and support at national level; attracting Reagan democrats and independents.  If Sarah Palin have not been destroyed yet, with the divorce lies, the Trig son of Bristol lies, the irrelevant ethic complaints, the dead “bridge to nowhere” case, the “I can see Russia from my house” SNL mock, the dead “Trooper case” and even the “dinosaur” smear, there is no way on earth Liberals would bring this lady down by 2012.

For less than that Geraldine Ferraro was on her way to oblivion back in 1984.

So, with 30% of the population(or 30% of Republican voters depending of what they measure) that would go to hell and back for Sarah Palin as of today, 3 years before the first GOP primary, should be matter of concern for Liberals, not happiness.

Yet, as of today, we don’t know for sure what her plans are. Everything indicates that she is gearing up for a national run: supporting conservative candidates, a book tour and attacking the current administration. Her opponents and critics in either party have been underestimated her. But with 30% of Americans fervent support 2 and a half years before the first GOP primaries debate, they might find themselves fighting against a tidal wave called Palinmania.
