by Model agencies website mention the requirements, so when people apply why do they say the dreaded "you’re not right for us"

I recently applied for a model agency, there requirements were sizes 16-22 and height 5′2, Now i thought that yeah i’m perfect for that, they specialize in big women so why not.
I sent off my application and I got an email back saying “you’re not right for us”
If i’m not right why does your site say I am right, how can I not be right for people taking photographs of me.
I think that its all stereotyped, maybe my picture looked like I was too fat for it.
Has that ever happened to you? in any sort of job
like in a supermarket, lets be honest you don’t need the bestest grades in the world and yet some people are just not suitable for the job.
it could be how you look, what you wear, your accent.
but it shouldnt be like that, they should take you no matter what your accent is or how you look.
I think that everyone is stereotyped and thats not right.
