Obama The First Foreign President?
by Let me first say this is not a political debate nor does it reflect a positive or negative view of Barak Obama. The point of this article is to ask the billion dollar question; just how stupid are some US citizens? Including you Donald Trump!
Oh boy is “the Donald” proud of himself. How do I know this? Because he told all of us this at a self made important press conference where he expressed his “relief” that President Barak Obama provided a birth certificate. Of course he also eluded to holding judgement as to whether it was authentic but that is another matter.

For now let’s examine this. To be the President of the United States you simply must meet 2 major requirements.
1 – You must be a US Citizen – You don’t have to be born on US soil however. If you are a child of US citizens born abroad you are still a US citizen. In any case you must have lived in the US for 14 years.
2 – You must be 35 years of age
Now of course you also need money! Although you do get money to run for President. So if you have some cache in politics you could actually make a few bucks running for President. Silly? Oh I don’t know ask Jesse Jackson, Ralph Nader or some former military big cheese. Or maybe you just want some stroke to your ego like Ross Perot or you have links to some “minor” political party that needs some exposure and cash! Nevertheless everyone needs to meet the qualifications.
Now here in lies my point. Just because you announce on TV or wherever that you are running for the Presidency that does not mean you are on the ballot. In theory people could pencil you in as a write in but seriously is that happening to any meaningful extent?
No, to officially run for Prez you must submit the proper documents and make a commitment. Which by the way makes it legal for you to collect some of the cash and campaign funds you are legally allowed to glean or receive as an official candidate.
Logically and unequivocally then Barak Obama would have had to sign and confirm his citizenship and age in order to even be on the ballot. Did you get all of that?
