Rush Limbaugh: A Liberal Democrat?

Nothing says ‘Right Wing Conservative Republican’ like Rush Limbaugh, does it?  I have been listening to a good deal of conservative radio of late; a classic radio station in my area changed format a few weeks ago; it is now a conservative talk radio station.  And of course, the big draw is Rush.  Having listened to Mr. Limbaugh for weeks, I have come to one major conclusion… the man is an utter moron.  Never have I heard such a ridiculous collection of right wing propaganda dribble.  He is so far right it makes you wonder… is anyone really dumb enough to be this narrow minded?

It begs questions.  For all of his blatant ignorance, he is a very well spoken, articulate individual.  Far too much so to believe the dribble he spouts.  So what’s the gimmick?  I have a thoery, of course.  400 million of them.  That’s the value, in dollars, of his new contract.  Say what you will about the man, he has conservative’s ears on an Oprah like scale.

My theory is this; Rush Limbaugh is an actor.  And one of epic proportions.  In real life, he is as liberal as Jesse Jackson.  He not only secretly supports Obama, but was an effective part of his election.  By leading republicans so far to the right, he took them into the realm of stupidity, and as such created a flow of anti republican sentiment so great that Obama sailed rather easily into office.  Jokes on you, Limbaugh lovers.  Ha!  Rush Limbaugh, the ultimate liberal democrat!
