Sarah Palin: Are We Witnessing The Rise of The Most Brilliant Politician of The Past 40 Years?

Her unusual and shocking political moves make headlines. Her popularity soars to stratospheric levels. Her comments on her Facebook page are read by more people than any other Facebook page on earth. Sarah Palin might as well be the most brilliant American politician we have seen in decades.

Sarah Palin, on purpose or not, is transforming America. Just after her appearance into American politics, the nation is now more “pro life”, more “conservative” and more skeptic of president Obama’s policies.

Resigning from a governorship post might have meant the end of any governor prospective presidential candidate’s career. But Sarah Palin seems to be even more popular. Polls shows over 70% of Republicans support her resignation decision(Rasmmusen, Public Policy and Gallup). Even Gallup reports Sarah’s approval numbers raising between moderates and independents! This decision might be part of the score of shocking and unusual but brilliant decisions in her political career.

What does this woman, with just a bachelors degree in journalism, with just two terms as a very small town mayor experience and two and half years as governor of the less populous state in the Union has that Hillary Clinton did not have?  It is crystal clear: Sarah Palin is America. Sarah Palin is the common American citizen, with his/her struggles and fights; with his/her way to say things to get across.

Sarah Palin is simple, humble and caring. Anybody could have water their eyes when, as a normal person, Sarah took her dress of the most famous female politician on earth off, and walked along the Jane, the Juan and the Joes on the streets of New York last spring. The most popular governor in America talking, walking, sweating, joking, putting on her own tennis shoes like just a girl from the neighborhood.

She got to the top by herself, not by a famous family or a last name. That is what is making of this young lady a formidable force in American politics and very, very possible: America’s first female president.
