Terms – Conditions of Establishment of Political Parties

A. Political parties must be established by at least 50 (fifty)

Indonesian citizen who was aged 21 (twenty one) years.

2. In the establishment and formation of political parties must include the

30% (thirty percent) of women’s representation.

3. Establishment of political parties must be accompanied by a notarial deed. in deed

The notary must contain the Articles of Association (AD) and Budget

Household (ART) as well as stewardship of the political party level.

4. Articles of Association (AD) political party includes at least:

a. principles and characteristics of political parties;

b. vision and mission of a political party

c. name, symbol and image of political parties;

d. objectives and functions of political parties;

e. organization, domicile, and decision making;

f. the management of political parties;

g. regulations and decisions of political parties;

h. political education, and

i. finance political parties

4. The management of political parties organized by the central

include at least 30% (thirty percent)

representation of women.

5. The management of political parties at provincial and district / city

arranged with respect to at least 30% (thirty

percent) the representation of women who organized the party in the AD and ART

respective political.
