Who Should the Courts Really Try?
After the massive walkout from the UN conference against racism, Iran’s holocaust denying mass-murdering president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad again makes slanderous accusations against Israel. Iran went as far as to have courts to "try" Israelis for the Operation Cast Lead attacks on Hamas targets. But this article will suggest that the ones who should be tried are the terrorist regime in Tehran and all those who carry out the brutality of Sharia law and the Valayet-e-Faqih Fascism.
After the outrageous speech made in the UN conference against racism by Iran’s Holocaust denying terrorist mass murdering President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, he again made libelous accusations against the Jewish state. He accused Israel of mass murder and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. At a conference on Israel’s so-called “genocide and war crimes”, the terrorist madman Holocaust denying President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that Iran asked Interpol to arrest 25 “Zionist war criminals” for their attacks on the Iranian-supported Hamas terrorist organization. Iranian officials have asked to set up courts to try Israelis for attacking the terrorist infrastructure of Hamas in Gaza during the December-January Operation Cast Lead bombings. Iran’s Judiciary official Alireza Jamshidi said, ”The court is in a special branch in Tehran and entrusted with the task of dealing with the executors, planners and officials of this (Israeli) regime who have committed crimes [in Operation Cast Lead].”
“Jamshidi said Iran’s judiciary chief, Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi-Shahroudi, was sending letters to his counterparts in all Islamic states seeking their cooperation with this court,” reports Ynet.
Reuters reported, “Last month, Tehran prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi said Iran had drawn up charges against 34 Israeli commanders and 115 individuals, on charges including ‘war crimes, invasion, occupation, genocide and crimes against humanity.’”
After Israel’s bombing in Operation Cast Lead, the Iranian regime have responded with more rounds of slanderous accusations against Israel, even using the basic slanderous lies that’s spewed by the Pallywood propaganda machine.
Here, you’ll see that Iran’s oppressive Islamic regime is hypocritical. The courts shouldn’t “try” [it's in quotes because with Iran, the trials would be unfair] Israelis who are charged with carrying out Operation Cast Lead. Contrary to the anti-Israel propaganda machine, the Operation Cast Lead bombings weren’t war crimes. These courts should try those who carry out and enforce the brutality of Sharia law and Valayet-e-Faqih. This includes the Iranian regime. This defiantly includes Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Iran’s Jihadist Fascist terrorist mass-murdering Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The day will come [hopefully in my lifetime] when Iran’s regime will pay for all the atrocities, aggressions and terrorism that this regime carried out and the support for terrorism that this regime gave. These courts should also try Iranian-backed terrorists like Hezbollah and Hamas. These courts should also try Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, who said,”If all the Jews gather in Israel, it would save us the trouble of going after them worldwide.” That is a call for genocide from Iran’s own beloved proxy terrorist leader Hassan Nasrallah. Nasrallah made his anti-Semitic beliefs clear when he said,”If we searched the entire world for a person more cowardly, despicable, weak and feeble in psyche, mind, ideology and religion, we would not find anyone like the Jew. Notice, I do not say the Israeli.” Nasrallah’s anti-Semitism is perhaps another story. You still get the idea of how racist and genocidal are terrorists that Iran supports.
