Why Boycotting and Divesting From Israel is a Collective Punishment to Israel and the World
Divesting from and boycotting Israel is an anti-Semitic act that constitutes a collective punishment for Israel and the world, since Israel has a thriving economy and is a leader in modern technology.
Israel has been in the front lines in producing modern technology, as well as environmentally-friendly products [emphasis added to the leftists and environmentalists out there]. Israel has one of the best health care systems in the world. The US-Israel alliance benefits both countries. It benefits the US, not just in getting more information on the Jihadist Fascists who seek the destruction of the free world, but also in having access to modern technology and valuable information on that technology.
When the Jewish settlers came to the holy land in order to build a democratic Jewish state, where everyone has equal rights, they turned land that Mark Twain [who visited before any Jewish settler came to the holy land] called the prince of dismal sightings into a thriving democracy. The Jews made the desert bloom, as the saying goes. Jews turned a neglected waste land into a thriving economy that is in the front in producing modern technology and which has one of the best health care systems in the world.
How is it that the time when the disputed territories prospered and had great health care was when they were under Israeli rule from 1967-1994? It was because of Israeli policies. It was even a time when Arabs in those territories were the most free, even more free than under the Palestinian Authority and more free than in Hamas-ruled Gaza, where women have to be veiled.
Unlike the Yasser Arafats and Mahmoud Ahmadinejads of the world, what Israel brings to the world is not terrorism or violence, but technology and prosperity. Israel even has alternative energy.
The Palestinian terrorists and their propagandists have fought for boycott and divestment from Israel. That divestment includes divesting from Israeli universities, which bring a lot of important knowledge.
The reason why anti-Semitic militants want to divest from Israeli universities is because Israeli scholars contribute to Israeli society. Of course, criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitic. But calling for boycott and divestment from Israel is anti-Semitic. Right now, we’re in a globalized age. Divestment and boycott from Israel is depriving the world from getting the fruits of one of the most successful economies the world has ever seen. It’s a collective punishment for Israel and the world.
Anti-Semites don’t care. All they cause is destruction. Anti-Semitism is a disease. Like any disease, anti-Semitism needs to be exterminated.
Israel helped to aid victims of natural disasters and took in refugees. Israel even aided the victims of hurricane Katrina, which is another good thing Israel did to America. The good things Israel did to America is just a pile too big. It can take a baby a whole lifetime before getting a quarter of the way there.
Israel is in the front lines in defending the free world including western civilization. The America-Israel alliance is based on the principles of freedom and democracy and benefits both America and Israel.
The world should say no when it comes to boycotting and divesting from Israel. These calls are there because its Jews defending themselves instead of putting up with anti-Semitic persecution, as Jews did for thousands of years in many countries. After all, it wasn’t Israel that chose to go to war. It was Israel that was forced into the war by rejectionist Arabs and rejectionist Muslims.
