Abilities of The Person

The problem of abilities in psychologists represents the least developed area because of its original “closeness”. Its “closing”, no less than all psychology as a whole, has occurred in 1936 after the known decision of Central Committee VKP () «About pedologist perversions in system Narkomprosa». As testing of intellectual and other kinds of abilities widely held in those years the psychological problem of abilities has for a long time dropped out of sight of psychologists became an occasion to this decision.
