Dr Kamal Khurana, relationship therapist, says that it’s unfair to call someone who likes her own company best a socio-phobe. “It’s not necessary that self-contained people have a fear of rejection,” he says. “It’s just that the basic construction of their personality tends to make them more focused and good decision makers.”
