Does Not Liking Water Mean You Don’t Like Yourself?
Good health and proper hydration is a result of drinking PURE water. Most of our body IS WATER, so we need lots of fresh (pure) water every day to stay healthy.

Websters dictionary defines water as a transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid, a compound of hydrogen and oxygen. In a more or less impure state constitutes rain, oceans, lakes, rivers, etc.
DUH!
You might be saying, “Well DanO, that is the biggest DUH that has flushed down the toilet all week.” OK, remember you are only allowed three DUHs a week on this website. You don’t want to be accused of “over Duhing” it. “Stop it,” they said.
PURE TASTE
The operative words about the water you drink are transparent, odorless, and tasteless. If you smell something in your water or it tastes funny, there is a problem. It is one of the reasons why people don’t want to drink it anymore. We often drink water in which the taste is covered up by coffee, tea, and many other substances that occults the smell or taste. However, some of the chemicals that are supposed to clean up the water may be harmful to your health.
DRINK UP AND LIQUIDATE
Drinking refreshing, clear water plays a major role in reducing the risk of certain diseases. Water helps keep your muscles and skin toned, assists in weight reduction, transports oxygen and nutrients to the cells, eliminates toxins and wastes from the body, and regulates body temperature. Water conducts electrical energy in your body. It helps the electricity flow in your brain and body. Oh yes, you will have to go to the bathroom and liquidate more often. When you are on the go or spinning a 21st century circle, it is often a difficult task to accomplish. It is another reason why humans don’t drink enough agua.
“I DON’T DRINK ENOUGH WATER”
I think you have heard the old adage of drinking 8-8oz glasses of water a day. A new rule of thumb for daily consumption is to drink at least one ounce of water for every 3 lbs. of your body weight. Divide your weight by 3 and that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day. An example would be, if you weigh 150 lbs., divide that by 3, which equals 50 ounces. Divide by 8 ounces in a glass. Then you would need between 6 and 7 glasses a day. I have even heard some knowledgeable folks say to drink half the water of your body weight. Example would be for 150 lbs. of weight to drink 75 ounces of water. That’s a whole lot of flushing. I think I would want to spread out the irrigation through the day. I might want to invest in a horse trough or hook up to a fire hydrant, if I decided to soak the tissues with that much liquid.
