Doing Something You Enjoy as a Career
Why doing something boring just to get paid, do something you love!
The problem with society nowadays is that they care about money over the enjoyment in their life. Whether it is to keep that roof over your head or if you are making the big bucks, doing a job just for the money is sad. That is why you need to do something you love and get paid for doing that!
For many people here, they love to write, and by doing so they get money for doing what they love. Granted it is usually not a lot, but like all small business ventures it starts out small. I am a crafter and I love to knit and crochet scarves and other articles of clothing, but for awhile I was earning nothing through that venture other than having a hobby in which I really enjoy. Now I am selling my items on etsy.com. So now instead of having “just a hobby” I have a hobby that I get paid for.
Also, I love science, I research it al the time, and when I get board I write about it. So most of the articles I posted on sites like triond are science articles. My dream is to be able to write science for a living, and that’s one thing I am striving for. I refuse to work solely for the payment purpose of it, I have a dream and I only have one life, so I am going to make sure I follow my dream, even if it does not pay me a lot of money.
I am also into “being green” so I also write many articles about being environmentally friendly and recycling. I believe it is important to reuse our resources instead of throwing them away. I write according to me feelings and my beliefs; I do not write because I need to, I write because I do so when I am bored anyways. So that is really helpful.
So instead of working at some nine-to-five desk job doing something boring just because you need the cash, you should be doing something you love, or in the words of Harvey Mackay “find something you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life!”

Brilliant article, I couldn’t stand the thought of doing a job for the sake of being well paid, I’m looking forwards to doing what I want to do and hopefully getting paid for that
