Eight Signs to Help You Detect Whether Someone is Lying to You!

Eight signs that show you when is someone lying.

A scientific research has been conducted according to which an adult tells a lie three times a day. Even 2 / 3 of respondents do not lie well, and as far as gender, men are better better liars then women.

However, to detect liars is very easy. Here are some signs that will help you to discover them:

1. Avoiding eye contact – People who are lying unconscious avoid eye contact. In their subconscious they know that they are lying, and therefore are ashamed. Most people know this fact and liars will often look the other persons eyes, and they will not blink in order to prove they are right. If they do not blink at all, they are lying to you.

2. Covering the mouth with your hand – When small children say a lie or say something that they shouldn’t, they cover their mouth with a hand. The same happens with adults. Aware of the lies they said, they cover their mouth so they wouldn’t be caught in a lie.

3. Biting the lips – The easiest way how to recognize a liar. Liars bite their lip because they feel sorry forlying, but not enough to tell the truth.

4. Scratching the nose and ears - Touching the face is the first step that liars do when they they said lies. They scratch tipof the nose and the tip of the ear because they are nervous due to the other participantreactions to the lie.

5. Crossed arms and legs - Liars unconsciously cross their arms and legs with are in some way defending from theperson they’re talking to. Automatically create a barrier between himself and the other person.

6. Foot and hand taping – These are signs that the person you’re talking to is nervous and eager to stop thequestioning because he’s afraid that you will catch him in a lay.

7. Rubbing eyes – Liars try to hide their view while they’re lying. The easiest way to hide the look is with a hand or blinking.

8. The tension in the neck – When people lie they often feel the tension in the neck. If someone touches the collaroften know where you are.
