ESP AND Creative Visualization FOR Spots Persons

Extrasensory perception and creative visualization are two related concepts which work on the power of mind. As parapsychologists insist a person will develop extrasensory perception when his unconscious mind is able to establish a contact with the subtle world and the energy field lying there.

Extrasensory perception and creative visualization are two related concepts which work on the power of mind. As parapsychologists insist a person will develop extrasensory perception when his unconscious mind is able to establish a contact with the subtle world and the energy field lying there. From this energy field the unconscious mind receives information without the help of any physical sensing organs. Creative visualization is a reverse process. Here the unconscious mind sends the wishes of the conscious mine to this subtle world and using the power it gained through the concentration of mind it changes the world around us in favor of us.

This concept has been started in the United States of America in 19th century and known as new thought movement. First trial of this concept was done among the sports persons. The selected sports persons were asked to imagine an achievement and visualize it constantly for some time. They had to visualize with all physical senses. They had to see the achievement happening, hear it and even smell it too. Here all aspects of the unconscious mind are getting concentrated to a single object. A golfer who visualized a perfect stroke again and again will be able to pass that desire to the subtle world through the contact developed by his unconscious mind or subtle mind. Once it reaches the subtle world the power created from the concentration will be able to control that particular situation in the physical world. Thus he will be able to hit a perfect shot.

Taking clues from their American counter parts, Russians too tried it with their Olympic participants once. They have been divided into five groups based on the schedule of their training. The first group was consisting of people who got one hundred percent physical training. Second group was constituted with sports persons who received 75% physical training and 25% with mental training, third with 50% each of physical and mental trainings and the last group with just 25% physical training and 75% mental training. The result was quite astonishing. The people who devoted their 75% of the time for mental exercises produced 100% result. Thus Soviets proved that mental power can influence the muscles.

Though the supporters are claiming this as the result of extrasensory perception and creative visualization, skeptics are just dismissing it as just another common psychology. According to them, a person can develop confidence by constant meditation which is main constituent in mental exercises. A confident person always has an upper hand over the remaining and that was the reason for a hundred percent result in this experiment.

But supporters are not accepting this argument. If one person is trained physically well, he too will have the same level of confidence. In that case the group of sports persons who received a 100% physical training should also have to show the same result. But that not happened. This itself clearly shows that it is the psychic power that controlled the situation through creative visualization.
