Step 3 - notice the sensation of the body, where it is and try to describe it (color, density, size, shape, static or moving, etc.). Maybe it’s chest, perhaps in a certain place in the stomach. If you focus, you see that has a certain color, maybe white, red, green, yellow or any other color. Find this feeling in your body feels and what shape is the size.
Step 4 - if you concentrated less, you’ll notice that this feeling has a certain movement. Allow him to move and see in what direction to move. See if it rotates horizontally or vertically. Now you can wear it feeling good with you and you choose if you repeat this exercise. Can you repeat it now or a few hours. Observe the magic of this exercise and be aware of how easy it is to feel better.

I agree with you. Exercise is like a release of your soul. It brings balance to your mind and body. A good run for me is what gives me a ‘natural high’ Adrenline is an amazing natural drug that our body emits. What you say makes sense. Loved this!
