Five Steps to Successful Self-hypnosis

Discover how you can use your mind power successfully every time to create anything you desire.

1. What you want

In this step, you should consider what you want than you do not want and need to be able to distinguish between form and substance.

Instead of focusing on what you want is not important to focus on what you want to discover the place, because your subconscious mind says “yes” to focus on everything. If you do not focus on the disease in perfect health, if you do not want to lose the emphasis on wealth, if you do not want to experience stress, focus on the experience of peace, etc.

Sometimes people focus on “form” (the physical thing rather than the “essence”
(What would experience). If you want to create or attract something specific in your life, ask yourself what feelings do you think about this.
By focusing on the “essence” of what you want, you expand your options.

Many times we hunt for some things, only to discover that not give us the feeling that we expected to achieve by them. 2. Claim yours as

Once you know what you want, think and feel that you have. 4. LET GO AND TRUST

This is probably the hardest step for most people – and it may take some practice to fully and completely trust the wisdom and power of your mind, the universe, God, your Higher Self (choose the term you prefer) for be able to prove what you ask.

You may notice that sometimes when you think one thing and then completely forget about it, even give it a second thought to whether or not pass – the thing you think, just happens. When something is really important that you have and where you have no idea what you need is to go ahead, they can feel safe, as if walking on a tightrope. With practice, it becomes much easier.

Practice gratitude – expressing gratitude for what you need and / or desire that if you’ve already received, it will help you get your mind out of fear, and keep focused on your goal.

I have written previously on the recognition, but I want to reiterate the gratitude that significantly reduce the time it takes to get what they want and dissolves many obstacles to get the results you want to create using self-hypnosis.

You can thank your subconscious, your subconscious, God, the universe – or whatever you want to refer to the power and intelligence within and around you who can and who can complain all you want for your heart.

5. Recognize when you get what you ask
