Five Ways to Start Creating Your Dreams

Creating your dreams is easy for some, and incredibly hard for others, especially those who just haven’t nurtured the habits of living their dreams. But here are five ways to help you start.

1. Put your dreams somewhere you can see them on a daily basis. Have them pinned in your wall, put them as your computer screen saver. This can be words or a picture, just something that reminds you each day to go after your dreams.

2. A great idea is to create a book or folder of images and other bits and pieces allows you to have a visual record of your dreams. Be a outlandish as you want, and let your creativity stream out as an ongoing project. When you have this visual record it can be a powerful way of influencing you and your decision making process as it is such a good focusing tool.

3. Sampling your dream life is a great way of pushing you toward what you want in your life. Go out and drive your dream car, walk through travel agencies or interview people who are doing what you dream of. Keeping our dreams alive takes a conscious decision to partake in making it happen.

4. Living without fear is something that not a lot of people can do. What would you do if fear was not a factor? It’s definitely a question I dont think about enough. Why not try dreaming without your fear boundaries affecting you and see what you come up with.

5. When we share our dreams with others, we make a stronger commitment to achieving them and making them happen. Try and vocalise them with someone and get it out into the world. Not only is it a very powerful way of putting the dream into reality but also you never know who might be listening.
