- Smoking is the main reason for heart disease. If we doesn’t smoke but breathing in smoke is also dangerous.
- Pack schedule, lack of exercise, lack of communication creates more mental stress and this also cause for heart problems.

Effective Treatments for Heart Disease:
- Regular Exercise and Proper Diet is very useful for heart’s health.
- The main element that could cause for heart problem is Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Level of Cholesterol, Obesity, and Metabolic Syndrome. So we have to take caring from this issue and have to check-up our health regularly.
- Should avoid smoking.
