When I learned about my own personality type in the late 1980s, it was a tremendous assistance in helping me understand my strengths, and thus, my weaknesses and how to improve upon my weaknesses.
Once I learned more about personality type theory, I began working on recognizing others’ type and then how to present information to them in a way that coincided with their own preferences.
Understanding this is very powerful and a tremendous asset in business.
