Human Mind: Developing It’s True Force
The human brain has something no other brain has whether it is a monkey brain or a dolphin brain: Advanced math and advanced words.
We live in a competitive world for food, but in this society the food is in the form of business. The top jobs require you to possess advanced knowledge for the profession and you also need to be an able communicator with a vast vocabulary and developed math skills. Training your brain with advanced math and advanced vocabulary is the first step to develop the ultimate business mind. The business world is the analytical world full of formulas you must know by heart, apply in real time and finally to make sense of the outcome numbers.
Second mind booster, exercise and food. Your brain uses as much as 50% of all your body energy when it is working at full speed and it cannot speed up the heart, that would make you lose focus. Instead the brain increases it’s blood vessels. Exercise is great to deliver more blood to the brain to increase the recovery speed after intensive studies and food will ensure the brain is always functioning at peak speed. Cardio exercise above 70% of your maximum heart rate. This will increase the amount of blood circulating the brain up to six times.
Next thing to do is to exercise the brain to it’s limits. Learn math, programming, and words. The more you read, the better your brain will be because there is no known limit to the power of the human brain. Scientists tell we never use more than 10% of our brain. This number is plain wrong. Your brain will expand it’s power as you use it, like a muscle grows larger. The brain is made of neurons and they can extend their axons and dendrites to make new connections and increase the speed of the transmitted signal. There is no limit to the power of your brain – absolutely no known limit your can prove scientifically.
The tougher the brain environment you live in, the better for the brain. A wild cat has it’s brain 30% larger than a normal cat because they live in the wild and need to make better decisions to stay alive.
Finally the brain loves energy to keep moving. Your brain never uses more than 2% of it’s neurons at any time because it would run out of energy and you would faint and those 2% alone use up to 50% of all your body energy.
Let those numbers make you think.

That’s a myth. We DO use more than 10% of our brain. It’s just that we use them at different times since different regions of the brain are responsible for different actions, feelings etc.
If you want to expand your brain, learn to separate fact from fiction by studying and gaining critical thinking skills.
