Interpret Your Own Dreams

Everyone has wondered at one time or another about the meaning of a dream they’ve had. Here’s a way to interpret your own dreams.

The dream continues on as we are walking through this tunnel and finally come to the end of the tunnel. All the way though the tunnel I believed the end of the tunnel would be leading outdoors somewhere, but instead it ended up in a dingy, dirty waiting room type of place.  Once again it is a feeling of entrapment. I want to feel and breathe the fresh air of the outdoors but I’m stuck in this dingy room with stale air with this annoying disabled child clinging to me. I feel in the dream that eventually we will be let out of the room but no one knows when. This is probably a feeling I have that my husband will eventually be able to do more things for himself and I will feel a little freer but I don’t know when this will happen.

Now when I put those things into words it sounds really bad and uncaring to me. This is the same feeling I get when I realize I’ve pushed a disabled child down on the ground in my dream. I don’t mind taking care of my husband and I would never say to him that I need a break from him but the truth is, I do need a break. My subconscious mind knows this and my feelings are released through my dreams.

If you have dreams that you just don’t understand what they are about, stop and think about things that are going on in your life. Things you try not to think about or things that you feel you shouldn’t think. Things you think but wouldn’t say out loud. Think about those things and see how your dreams might represent those things in your life. Sometimes our dreams will help us realize how we are feeling and a solution to problems  in our lives just comes to us from the dream. The brain is an amazing thing and is continually working on solutions to our problems weather we realize it or not. We just need to focus in on what our brain is telling us.  Isn’t Gods creation amazing?
