Life and Death

Some Basic Points:

• Soul is the force that drives everyone and everything.
• Body is the physical being loaded with many intricate systems designed to take instruction from the invisible force and acts accordingly.
• The souls are permanent and they are neither created nor destroyed. They just transform from one physical being to another. There are interim phases between these existence phases, which we call as death or non-existence.

1. White on Black or Black on White?

• Life and death are like zebra’s stripes, one is black while another is white.
• Just like the stripes occupying the body, they share the same space in this universe and are equally distributed.
• Nobody can define is the black is the underlying fabric or whether white is the one.
• So they have very well defined corridors called birth and death.

2. Death is Real and Life is Dream!

• While a person is awake, the dream is a fantasy.
• While asleep dreaming, the real life appears to be fake, because the dream is reality at that time.
• Therefore, when seen from the perspective of dead, life is a dream.
• Dreams are temporary and varying while real life is almost the same. Therefore since the types of lives keeps changing, but the phases of death are the same, non-existence appears to be the truth while living is just another dream of the soul.
• One more point to support that life is dream is that souls are permanently in the form of non-existence, whereas their living phases are temporary.

3. Life is The Gift if Death!

• This is one school of thought that I would vouch for.
• Everybody is alive today because death has not kissed them.
• Everyday, the soul and body is together, because they have not been separated by the phase of death.
• When an animal survives, we call it has escaped death. When the same animal dies, we never say that it has escaped life. Therefore, instinctively, we know that in order to survive, everybody needs to escape death.
• Some even go to the extent of cheating death, especially those daredevils who take potential risks willingly.

Therefore, if life is temporary and is a gift of death, how well are we going to use this precious gift!

Make the Best Use of Our Gift:

• The best way is to have fun and enjoy every moment in life by a positive mindset and outlook.
• We should not lose the gift to those unwanted factors of negative emotions.
• The gift can be best relished without inebriating ourselves with tobacco, alcohol, drugs, etc.
• Remember that nobody ever knows when they will get this gift again and what form would they be while getting that gift.
• Since death is inevitable, and is a process just like breathing or digesting, why worry about what could happen after death, when nobody knows it.
