Lucid Dreaming: How to Become The Master of Your Dreams

This article is on lucid dreaming and how to enter the state of being lucid.

Now you’ve gotten through the hard part. Your body is asleep. Now what? When your body has entered sleep paralysis, you automatically gain subconscious focus. What does this mean for you? 100% perfect dream recall. If you are in sleep paralysis, you will remember your dream as if you remember what you did yesterday. You won’t have to spend 5 or 10 minutes trying to remember what your dream was. Anyways, if you enter sleep paralysis, you will most likely begin to hear sounds and see vivid images. Do not be afraid of these sounds and pictures. They are called hypnagogic images and sounds. After seeing enough hypnagogic images, if you are lucky, a dreamscape will appear in front of you. You will be pulled in and guess what? You are free to do whatever you want! The dream will look and feel as real as if you are awake. Don’t get too excited though, because if you get too excited, you might wake yourself up.

Congratulations! You now know how to become lucid at will. Have fun lucid dreaming!
