Mental Exercises
Could mental exercises be, and really be what you like as in yourself do in (now this really is helpful) counseling? Or could it be, and really be what you like as in yourself do in the actual exercise gym? What you like as in yourself do when you like as in yourself learn something new? What about memory training, is, really is that mental exercise?
What about stomping on all, like whole those ants, or like something else automatic negative thoughts, practicing prayer, and meditation, or like something else biofeedback skills, or like something else creating art or like something else writing your journal.
