Multitasking. Does Make You More Productive?
Multitasking is the ability to execute more than one task at the same time, a task being a program.
In my own opinion, many acts simultaneously lead just too wasting time. I am a type of person that act too quickly and adventurous that I do it all at once. At the end f the day, I noticed while taking my time just passes that I made sensible ends. So absurd, that being multitasking is much more to facilitate the work. Better still do those things and prioritize them accordingly. As they say, “time is gold”.
According to a study noted here that we have more time wasted in multitasking. Around someone that 20-40 percent of time, depending on what we’re trying to do. This frequently quoted article in the “Executive Control of Cognitive processes in Task Switching,” published in 2001 in the American Psychological Association’s Journal of Experimental Psychology.
