New Job,like It or Leave It?

Changing place of work is sometimes stressful. If it is of your choice then it may bring joy and peace.

Changing your place of work.

Intuition sometimes overshadows  decisions in life. This realization  is strongly felt when one changes a job.A feeling that ‘this place is no more for you’ can be caught like a thin snowy light , an almost invisible wall of protection  is present if one looks for it. You  know that soon you would be leaving that place.

The rest of the story includes Farewells tea parties and a ‘home made items’ brunch in the Staffroom. Deep down there is a streak of sadness at  leaving office but who knows for sure, next thing is happier than the previous.

Staff

A stark difference in the age group is a vital factor which influences work patterns.

Above 40 years people have established their attitudes  towards a variety of aspects in life, which would be better acceptable as they are , any attempt to convince them for something different  would require  great effort , technique and a suitable strategy.

Creativity

An approach of creativity and innovation is good if it comes from the seniors. The rest is with the talented team.

Tradition and Individual Talent

“the inclusion of the new work alters the way in which the past is seen” According to T.S Eliot ”What happens when a new work of art is created is something that happens simultaneously to all the works of art that preceded it.” New concepts must be encouraged.

Working in an environment where new ideas are acceptable for discussion, to begin with, is much more satisfying to the new generation worker.

Society Progresses Gradually

Society is formed by people, and people of variegated talents coming together contribute to the progress of all humankind, as great Civilizations left their mark in history.

The Present Generation must move away from violence drugs and terrorism if it is to leave a good intellectually effected creative mark for the future.
