Developed in 1976 by a professor at UC Santa Cruz and a graduate student, whose name does not need to mention, NLP has become very popular.  NLP is not based on any particular theory, it consists of models, techniques and creative process.  NLP has increased in recent years thanks to the pragmatic and empirical knowledge.  The field is only 3 years old methods must be continually improved and evaluated.

NLP is the technical advances that come from other areas, such as Ericksonian hypnosis and Pavlovian conditioning.  These techniques are refined and transformed and a methodology to accelerate the perception.  Therefore there is a strong bound between NLP and hypnosis.  Bandler and Grinder book “Patterns of Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. NLP is to eliminate errors (but very rarely) and replace it with consistent success.

Although the general approach of NLP is to solve people’s problems, the ability to “create generational change” is taken into account.

The development of NLP is to be divided between these three parts: theory, applications and models or cartography.  All these aspects are linked together and test each other.  Each theory will be useful in programs and contribute to the development of effective processes.

Some areas of NLP is currently under study.  Questions like how life is much more influenced by NLP, and how is that childhood memories are always able to represent a person changed to full maturity, it must respond.  There are many studies on voluntary process and automated systems kinesthetic adaptation of NLP to the intervention group, the distinction between mind and imagination and reality production.  Volunteers and professionals who work NLP that people can get the results they want.  It is hoped that in the near future the best you can erase the benefit of users of NLP.
