Social Psychology

When I learned that Rick McCauley was a professional ally to Judge Bill Bush at the Commonpleas Level  and that does suggest his aid in other instances of the Chief Justices’s work, I was very well rewarded for applying myself to the practice of law with what Doctor Murphy would call the ‘Old College Try’.

Rick is the relatively new science of Social Psychology.  With the practice of law there is no rhyme or reason if you do not attempt as a lawyer, to understand what individuals are doing as a group and why they are acting that way.  As legal professional, (Professore McCauley is the jury expert, Richard Crawford) we are in Court to solve problems.  Legislation is the common denominator of all our legal work in and out of Court.

Our way of lilfe in our Country is constantly explained and meditated upon, expecially in the Court of Last Resort-The Supreme Court.  Just to know that someone like Judge Bill Bush is there would be enough.   Judge Bill though make the judges, lawyers, and clients, his business and workds in the commonpleas and appelate courts so that he can better understand who he is speaking to and what he is saying as Chief Justice.

Amicus Cure Briefs, celebrated experts, powerful minds on the bench, gifted lawyers, steadfast counselors find themselves in tune and supported by a Supreme Court whose Chief Justice is confirmed by the Holy Spirit to the Path of Justice and Mercy.

Social Psychology is a frank exporation of how good we are to one another.  It is a strong and tough approach to securing justice and mercy from our courts.  The effort of understanding every day and not so every day conflict and interprating it so the average person can understand the need is culminated by translating the need into those challanges and demands we all share.

The Supreme Court can take this dynamic of Social Psychology and speak and write not only as a absolute authority, but as the best witness to societal problems and individuals’ conflicts that result from them.

It is a way of life that I struggle to follow.  It does not take a military way of llife or a military marriage to be dedicated to the truth in this way.  What is required is your best and in that is a great reward.
