Instead I ask, &quot;Did I contribute?&quot;  &quot;Did the person with I just interacted gain something positive from this exchange?&quot; and &quot;Can I live with myself tomorrow if I do this today?&quot;  And far too often, &quot;Now how am I going to live this down?&quot;  </description>
