We Cry, But Why??
We all cry at sad moments or even at cheerful moments, but have we ever thought why??
We are human beings the best and greatest creatures of God and as humans we cry but we rarely question how, or why. There are many different procedures and processes that are deeply involved in this response. Every culture in this world allows this response as acceptable and suitable. With crying our whole body has to pass through physical or chemical changes. Therefore often the medical science proves Crying as beneficial to us both psychologically and physically. It plays an important part for a better functioning in this world.
Crying is considered as a complex and difficult process than one would at first imagine. Three different types of tears are present that cause crying.
· Basal Tears
· Reflex Tears
· Third type of tear is produced when the body is reacted emotionally

Each of these types contain different chemical and hormones. Scientists and researchers have found that the emotional tears contain high levels of hormone prolactin and manganese and this contributes in a reduction of both of these in the body; and thus helping to keep depression away. Most of the people have found that crying has always helped them to be calm and composed when they are upset and distressed.
Thus we cry when our emotional tears face a response caused by an outside source like pain, loss of love, death of a loved one, etc…and even sometimes the emotion might be the opposite one. For example when one is faced a response that is astonishing and brilliant that makes him or her happy also produces tears!!
Sometimes when we are facing internal emotions and feelings either good or bad we also cry. So if you feel like crying do not feel ashamed of it, but crying is indeed one of the important part of our lives…..

Hmm. It’s nice to know the benefits of crying but to be very honest no one cries to decrease his/her depression or something like this.. Crying is not in your control. It’s true that crying gives relief to mind, whenever you are thinking about your love, your financial problems, your parents, or praying to ALLAH…..
