She could even see a weight gain on the scale. This happens because metabolism has not changed yet, but muscle is already starting to build. You have to stay consistent so she will. If you do not encourage her and compliment her, she will not feel like you appreciate what she is doing.

If you expect to sit back and watch you girl lose weight and transform into a beauty in front of your face, then you can just keep dreaming. You have to be the drive behind the goal. It is a great idea to set long-term goals. You need to work together in order to reach a goal. Remember that the process takes time. Just be patient and encourage her every opportunity you can. You will be on your way to a happier relationship and your girl will be losing weight at the same time.
