Backstabbers – They Smile in Your Face
Friends, family or co-workers, can they be trusted? The truth is no one really likes a backstabber. These type of individuals are known to be nice in your face and cause chaos when your back is turned. The type of behavior of some known individuals are very toxic around other friends or the work place with lies and drama.
There are times you might have someone backstabbing you, or hear someone backstabbing someone else. What can you do? here are a few steps:
1. Be very cautious and aware of this individual. Don’t be too quick to put all your trust in them. They’ll need to re-earn your trust or even sometimes ask for forgiveness.
2. Be careful confronting them about the backstabbing behavior. Talk to them in a respectful way, Don’t let it go by.
3. Defend the person that is not around, especially if their character is trying to be destroyed.
Backstabbers are very two-faced individuals. They have poor self-esteem so they try to diminish the worth of others character.
People who are backstabbers have a major character flaw that most people can see, most of the time they can’t actually see it in themselves. If you approach them with the truth, remember they are likely to be easy to hurt and offend so be careful.
Backstabbers will realize that they will now be hurt, when they are the main individuals that do the hurting. People who are jealous and envy others need to be healed so they don’t continue to hurt others. Whether it’s family members or friends, it’s not right backstabbing them.
