Bouncing Back! Time to Tell The World That You’re Fine
It’s time to take the high road and tell the world that you’re fine! Here’s what you can do to get over the dreaded breakup.

So he’s gone. He’s no longer the first number on your speed dial, your status on Face-book says single and you’ve probably spent at least 24 hours eating lots of junk and brooding in the dark over past events. Be it a dignified mutual agreement or an ugly show down, like the song suggests, breaking up is hard to do. We believe that mature, confident women like us shouldn’t waste our time on, heartbreak. Read on as we give you the ultimate break-up-blues-be-gone guide!
STEP 1: DON’T BE HATING
Even with the most civilized of splits, some resentment will be left behind. This could be worse if say, the reason behind the split was due to infidelity. In order to move on, deal first with the hate phase. This is where all your resentment, disappointments and annoyance boils up and you feel so angry you want to hurl something at someone or scream from roof tops. Whatever your anger is, deal with it and fast. There isn’t any point crying over spilt milk and it isn’t in your power to change your circumstances. One way to deal with your anger is to make a list of all the bad (and good) stuff that went down in your relationship. Sometimes it also helps to take it out with a physical act of cleansing like burning all love notes and gifts from him or taping his face to a punching bag and having a good box.
STEP 2: NOBLE SILENCE
It is wise to abide by the rule that if you haven’t anything kind to say, then it’s best to say nothing at all. Be the bigger person and don’t go around running your ex to the ground even if he has decided to go out with someone right after your breakup or if he was caught cheating on you. Take a cue from Jennifer Aniston, who decided that she would keep her mouth shut whenever it came to commenting on her ex Brad Pitt or his relationship with Angelina Jolie. In doing so, she has managed to keep from being labeled the bitter ex-wife. Doing this will also get more people on your side as taking the high road always makes you come off as the good guy!

as you say here, its not easy breaking up with somebody as over the years you have gained each others trust, then to betray them by leaving them for whatever the reason, is hard to do, thanks for sharing.
