Cyber Dating
We all have had various dating experiences…Some experiences were very good, while others were not so good. One thing is for certain, if you are a serious internet user, then I am sure that you have slipped up and met the person you were chatting with, mostly because you both had a lot in common and the person had a wonderful personality. In essence, you chatted with someone who appeared to have their head on straight, they were able to persuade you to meet them and you did. You were excited because after all this time you were able to get back into the dating scene again.

Your internet stud posted their picture on a website and you became instantly attracted to them, and couldn’t wait to see them, however; it just so happens that they have actually posted a picture that they have taken over 10 years ago, and when the two of you finally meet you come to the realization that they don’t look anything like the picture. Either, they are 67 pounds heavier, they have teeth missing or they have a serious drug addiction. Well, if you are going to risk meeting these cyber ladies and gents, there are a few rules you should follow for your own safety. I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve met a few people online as well as on local chat lines. I personally don ‘t think there is anything wrong with that, especially if you have a busy schedule and are unable to shake a hand and meet a friend on a regular basis. At least, this way you can meet people in the privacy of your own home and don’t have to worry about getting all dressed up just to meet someone who probably isn’t worth the effort in the first place. At least, this way you are able to screen people out that are undesirable. I usually like to feel a person out before I meet them and if you are going to interact with people in cyberspace then I would strongly advise you to screen them out before you invite them into your world. Exercise caution and always use your better judgement beforehand. This could save your life. Be safe, have fun and be careful.
