Dating Advice: Practical Happiness
Approaching your dating life in a practical, objective manner will help to ensure a happier relationship down the road. You do not have to know all the answers on your own.

About three weeks ago, I had a conversation with a co-worker about the dating world. She told me that she recently purchased an entire dating program and it had over 10 hours of enriching information. While, on occassion, I do like to read up to get dating advice in books and the internet, I thought, there must be a more convenient, affordable way to receive quality dating advice. So, the light bulb went off and I remembered that YouTube is a wealth of free information.
After searching for the terms “dating advice”, I found countless search results, but for some reason, one in particular stood out to me. This was a video series of approximately 174 in total created by one guy. You can find his series here:
Practical Happiness Video Series (YouTube)
Each video is about 1-3 minutes long and the advice is simple and practical. While I might not agree with everything he has to say, I would agree to about 90%. If you look, his videos have a strong following and every single one has at least 4 ½ – 5 stars. Some have been viewed over 30K and more.
In addition, he also has a blog called Practical Happiness. Just as the name suggests, this is why I find his words and advice valuable. He is straightforward and practical in what he suggests and what he has found to work. Even the advice he gives about men can help you, if you are a lady, to realize why men do and don’t do what they do in life.
Because I don’t have any guy family member in my life to give me consistent, sound advice about the dating world and guys in general, in some ways, it’s comforting to know that when I have a question, I can turn to this man’s advice videos or blogs. And, of course turning to the wide array of blogs on the internet is also always an option as well.
I suppose I share this with the world because you always want to share what has helped to enrich your life knowing that if it helps just one other person, you have truly made a difference.
Best wishes and blessings to all!

When I was dating, I would always receive advice from women. They would advise me to jump in a lake, take a hike, etc. Luckily for me, I’m married now.

I think a lot of times it is hard to look at a relationship and see how to deal with certain things. Paying for advice is not something I would recommend to anyone. This just goes to show you that there is better alternatives out that that are free. Nice post.
